By doing so, you agree: Not to create multiple accounts for exploitative purposes; To maintain the confidentiality of your credentials; That you are solely responsible for all activity occurring under your account; That Bus Puzzle is not responsible for any unauthorized access or usage, though we may, at our discretion, restore data in proven cases of account compromise.
Bus Puzzle: Brain Games reserves the right to deny service, close accounts, revoke your rights to use the Services, edit or remove content, or void coins and boosters at its discretion. You acknowledge that termination of your Account or your right to use the Services may occur without prior notice. You also agree that we may immediately deactivate or delete your Account, along with all associated information and files, and prevent further access. Additionally, you accept that we are not liable to you or any third party for the termination of your access to your Account or the Services.
5. USER CONDUCT AND RESTRICTIONS
You understand that all information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, messages or other materials ("Content"), whether publicly posted or privately transmitted, are the sole responsibility of the person from which such Content originated. We reserve the right, but shall have no obligation to pre-screen, modify, filter or remove any Content available via the Services.
By using the Services, you agree that you may be exposed to Content that is offensive, indecent or objectionable. You acknowledge and accept full responsibility for your conduct and the Content you create, transmit or display and for any consequences thereof.
You agree to behave ethically and respectfully when using the Game and interacting with others. Prohibited behavior includes:
- Exploitation: Cheating, automation, or exploiting bugs;
- Abuse: Threatening, harassing, or impersonating others;
- Manipulation: Creating fake accounts, boosting, or interfering with leaderboards;
- Spam: Uploading or sharing irrelevant or repetitive content;
- Violations: Uploading content that is unlawful, violent, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
Violations may result in suspension, deletion, or permanent banning of your account without prior warning.
6. Game Updates, Availability, and Maintenance
We regularly release updates to improve gameplay, fix bugs, and introduce new features. You agree:
- To allow automatic updates where enabled;
- That some updates may be mandatory to continue playing;
- That the Game may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, and we are not liable for such interruptions.
- We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features, game modes, or content at any time.
Certain aspects of the Game may include performance tracking, leaderboards, and rankings. By participating:
- You consent to having your username and score visible to others;
- You agree not to manipulate results using unfair methods;
- We reserve the right to reset or remove suspicious entries or accounts;
- Rewards or recognition tied to rankings are non-transferable.
7. VIRTUAL CURRENCY AND IN-APP PURCHASES
The Game may offer in-app purchases (IAP) for virtual currencies (e.g., Coins) or premium content (e.g., Skins, Boosters). You acknowledge:
- All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by law;
- Virtual currency has no monetary value outside the Game;
- Items may be earned through gameplay or purchased, but their value and usage may change due to balance adjustments or feature updates;
- We may reset or revoke currencies/items obtained fraudulently, or as a result of technical exploits.
You are solely responsible for any charges incurred through your account or device. If you suspect unauthorized purchases, contact the platform provider (e.g., Apple App Store, Google Play)..
8. THIRD-PARTY OWNED CONTENT AND LINKS
The Services may contain third-party owned content and links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). Bus Puzzle does not endorse, sponsor, recommend, or otherwise accept responsibility for any Linked Sites. In addition, Linked Sites are not under the control of us, and we are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of the Linked Sites.
9. LICENSE AND TRADEMARK
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Bus Puzzle for non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the app;
- Create derivative works based on the Game's code, graphics, or audio;
- Use the Game in connection with any commercial product or service;
- Attempt to cheat, spoof, or bypass normal gameplay mechanics;
- Share, rent, sell, or trade your account or game content with others.
All rights, title, and interest in and to the Game, including its design, artwork, algorithms, audio, levels, and trademarks remain with us and/or our licensors.
All trademarks, service marks, logos, and trade names (collectively referred to as "Trademarks") displayed or referenced on the application are the property of us or our licensors. The use or misuse of these trademarks , except as permitted herein, is expressly prohibited. Nothing on the Service shall be construed as conferring any right or license to use any Trademarks without the prior written consent of Bus Puzzle or the respective trademark owner.
10. COPYRIGHTS
We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to do the same. The game Bus Puzzle and all of its related content, including but not limited to graphics, audio, code, and text, are the property of us or our licensors, and are protected by copyright as collective works or compilation under the copyright laws of all countries.
You shall not use, copy, upload, share, transmit, or distribute any content through the application that is protected by copyright, unless User has obtained the necessary rights or permissions from the copyright owner. You shall not engage in any activity that constitutes copyright infringement or encourages others to do so.
Please note that we can only address infringing materials posted on the application that have been reported to us, and cannot be responsible if any User Generated Content is repurposed or otherwise copied from the application and used in other mediums prior to us removing such infringing content.
If you believe your copyrighted work has been infringed upon through the use of Services, you may submit a written notice to the designated copyright agent. The notice must include:
1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative.
2. Identification of the copyrighted work(s) claimed to have been infringed.
3. Sufficient information to locate the allegedly infringing content.

Bus Puzzle: Brain Games is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, completeness, performance, system integration, quiet enjoyment, title, and non-infringement. Your use of the Services are at your sole responsibility and risk. You assume full responsibility and risk for any damage to your computer system, loss of data, or other harm that results from using the Services.
Bus Puzzle: Brain Games disclaims any warranty that the application or any content, including without limitation any third party software and content, will meet your requirements. We do not guarantee that the Services will be free from error, omission, interruption, defect, or delay in operation, or from technical inaccuracies or typographical errors; We do not guarantee the Services are free of viruses or other harmful components; We do not guarantee the Services will be available at any particular time or location.
You agree that, from time to time, any information on the application is subject to change without notice, and we disclaim all responsibility. Your access and use of the Services may be interrupted from time to time for any of several reasons, including, without limitation, the malfunction of equipment, periodic updating, maintenance or repair of the application or other actions that we, in our sole discretion, may elect to take.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall we, our affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, licensors, partners, advertisers or suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, revenue, data, or use, incurred by you or any third party, whether in an action in contract or tort, arising from your access to or use of the Services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

13. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bus Puzzle: Brain Games, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, information providers, licensors, partners, advertisers and suppliers from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable attorney's fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the services, violation of these Terms of Service, or infringement of any third-party rights.
You further agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bus Puzzle from any claims or demands made by any third party due to or arising out of your content, submissions, or any other materials you transmit through the services, your use of third-party services or websites linked to or integrated with the services, or your violation of any applicable laws, regulations, or rights of any third party.
In the event of a claim or demand, we will provide prompt notice to you and will reasonably cooperate with you in your defense at your expense. However, Bus Puzzle reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you, in which case you agree to cooperate fully with us in asserting any available defenses.
14. TERMINATION
Bus Puzzle: Brain Games may terminate these terms or suspend your access to the Services at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these terms or any applicable laws or regulations.
Upon termination of these terms, all rights and licenses granted to you will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the Services. Any provisions of these terms that are intended to survive termination, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitations of liability, shall continue to apply even after termination.
Upon termination, we may delete or deactivate your account and any related data or content associated with it. We are not liable to you or any third party for any loss of data or content resulting from the termination of your account.
By using the Services, you acknowledge and accept that termination can occur as outlined in these terms and agree to abide by the consequences of termination as described herein.
15. MISCELLANEOUS
These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the use of the game, and supersede all prior agreements and understandings. If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such right or provision.
16. MODIFICATIONS TO THE GAME AND TERMS OF SERVICE
You acknowledge that Bus Puzzle may release upgraded versions of the Application periodically and may automatically upgrade the version of the Application on your device electronically, without any obligation to do so. By using the Application, you consent to these automatic upgrades on your device and agree that the Terms of Service apply to all upgrades.
We also reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time by posting the updated terms on our website. Your continued use of the game after such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the updated terms.
